We will either replace the item or refund the sales amount at our discretion, based on the specifics of the transaction.

The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original box and include all original packaging material and any accessories that came with the item.

If your shipment has been lost or damaged by the carrier, please call or email us at once.

Do not return an item without first discussing the problem with us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact customer service at bonnie-lou@comcast.net to obtain an RMA#.
