Navajo Indian Pendant Bear Multistone Inlay Sterling Silver Germaine Smith

Germaine Smith, Navajo Silversmith and Artist, has fashioned a lovely bear shaped pendant by inlaying black onyx, turquoise, spiny oyster,  mother-of-pearl and other stones in sterling silver. She has stamped her signature 'G' and 'sterling' on the back of the pendant. The bear measures 1-1/2" long and is 1" tall. Including the 3/8" bail and loop, the pendant is 1-3/8" tall. This darling bear would make a charming addition to your jewelry collection.

THE BEAR STORY: Many Native American Tribes honored the spirit of the bear as a magical being, the Shaman of the animal world. The Bear is considered a totem for healing, protection and good fortune.
